The first outing of the revamped Cuala U16 side under Stephen McGovern and his team took to the field in Meadowvale on a windy Sunday. To say that it was windy is putting it mildly - the gale rushed down the pitch from the north. And that helped Cuala in the first half as the Lucan girls struggled to get the ball up the pitch. The Under 12 Girls Academy held their Kickathon on Saturday 5th March to raise funds for their upcoming trip to the Leinster Tournament. The girls rose over €3,000 with this fun initiative.The Dublin Academy players and mentors would like to thank everyone who supported this event.
