New resources are now available for clubs to get at the Coaching and Games office in Parnell Park. The first of these is the Ready to Play Guide for coaching and planning nursery programmes. Nurseries are becoming increasingly important in clubs and this booklet will help you set up and run this section of your club. Team O Connor from Naomh Mearnog were the winners of the Dublin Ladies Golf Classic for 2008! All the players on the team were friends or family of Dublin Senior goalkeeper Cliona OConnor. Winning socre was 95 points, St Brigids also scored 95 points, but Team OConnor had a better back 9. Good luck to those clubs taking part in this years Scor na bPaisti. Scor na bPaisti Atha Cliath is aimed at primary school children who are members of GAA clubs. This is the first year that we have run Scor na bPaisti in Dublin and we are pleased with the response to date. 7 clubs are taking part - Naomh Olaf, Ballyboden st Endas Lucan Sarsfields, Naomh Barrog, St Peregrines Whitehall Colmcilles and Castleknock.
