Connaught collected both trophies in the All Ireland Finals set in Lough Ree country today, Saturday 12th June.First out was the Under 14 “A” Shield between Kildare and Mayo. Kildare had come out second to Dublin in Leinster and made a great game of it against the westerners Mayo, but had to make do with the runners-up medals. OTooles U12s lifted the Div 1 league cup after a hard fought win against Kilmacud Crokes on Thursday evening.OTooles needed a win or a draw to win the league, while Crokes needed a win to force the league into a play-off between themselves and OTooles.At half time Crokes were 7 points ahead after some clinical finishing from their forwards. The Dublin Under 14s put in a great performance yesterday against Monaghan buying their place in the All Ireland on the weekend of 13th June next. Well done Girls!
