Wednesday July 20th is due to be an immense night on the
Dublin LGFA club scene with 22 adult club championship fixtures down for
decision including 9 semi-finals in the senior, Intermediate and Junior A, B
and C championships.
Reigning senior champions Foxrock Cabinteely will be endeavouring
to see off what is expected to be a strong challenge from neighbours Kilmacud
Crokes. Just six points separated the sides when they meet earlier ..

Notes;
Congratulations to our minor team on qualifying for the All
Ireland final versus Cork on August 1st (Bank holiday Monday). The
venue for the final is still to be confirmed by Croke Park but we do know that
the minor final will be part of a double bill with a senior championship
qualifier fixture with the throw in time down for 4.45pm, both games will be
broadcast live on TG4.

Michael (Mick) Walsh RIP:It is with great sadness that we learnt this morning of the passing of former Dublin LGFA vice-chairperson Mick Walsh (RIP). Indeed Mick over the years held several positions on the Dublin Executive Committee while also playing a major role in raising much needed funds for the County Board.
