The setting could not have been bettem a beautiful sunny afternoon in Dolphins Barn. The Under 12 Academy held a Blitz in Templeogue Synge Street GAA grounds in Dolphins Barn on Sunday 4th May. The girls were split into three teams and we invited three visiting teams to oppose the girls from the Under 12 Academy. The Dublin Everbuild U14 Féile – Cumann Peil Gael na mBan - 2008 514 girls togged out for 23 teams from across the County for this showcase of Juvenile Ladies Gaelic Football. The Club Management at St Sylvester’s, Kilmacud Crokes and Ballyboden St Enda’s made their facilities available to Dublin Ladies by hosting the event. Dublin County Board are running the final ‘Grab Your Whistle’ referee recruitment programme of the year in Kilmacud Crokes.This is a 3 day course starting on Saturday 28th June and continuing on Saturday 5th and 26th July. Participants must be 16 years or over and they will be eligible to referee up to under 14 inter county level.
