The Dublin Ladies County Committee &
Dublin Camogie County committee are recommending the following proposal to both
associations affiliated clubs for their consideration:
Proposal for the 2014 Playing Season:
Dublin Ladies Football will establish U8 non-competitive football
U8 - Alternative weekends
U9- Alternative weekends
U10 - Alternative ..

October County Board Meeting:
County Committee meeting will take
place on Tuesday the 15th of October at 7:30pm in Parnell Park.
It is essential that all clubs have
at least one representative in attendance at this meeting.
Clubs will be issued with the report
/ findings from the sub- committee chaired by Camillus Kilpatrick on the
feasibility of playing Ladies football and Camogie on alternative weekends.

TESCO Home Grown Dublin CLUB OF THE MONTH Award - October
Each month the winning Dublin Ladies
Football club will be featured in the Evening Herald.
This section will give details of
the club, its activities, number of teams etc. PLUS each featured club will

Club Championship:
Congratulations
to Thomas Davis who have advanced to the semi-final of the TESCO Home Grown
Leinster Intermediate Club Championship following their 2-18 to 2-15 (aet) win
over Wicklow Champions Tinahey. Thomas Davis will now play St Rynaghs of Offaly
on October 19th at 2pm in Banagher.

Dublin clubs in Leinster action this weekend

Best Wises to both Fingallians and Thomas Davis who are in TESCO Home Grown Leinster Club action this coming weekend.On Saturday Fingallians travel to Mountmellick in Laois to take on Sarsfields in the Senior Leinster Championship semi-final, throw in time is 2pm.Meanwhile on Sunday Thomas Davis travel down the road to Tinahely in Wicklow for their quarter final clash against the Wicklow Champions again the throw in time for this game is 2pm.

TESCO Home Grown Sevens:
Congratulations to Na Fianna on
winning the senior Cup in the All-Ireland Sevens a fantastic achievement by the
Glasnevin crew meanwhile our commiserations to Castleknock and O'Tooles who
both lost their respective Junior finals by the narrowest of margins. All in
all it was a fantastic tournament for Dublin clubs with 18 teams from the
