REMINDER - Notice of Annual County Convention 2014
The Annual County Convention of Dublin Ladies Gaelic
Football has been set for November 29th 2014 at 10.00am In Parnell Park
Nominations, motions and recommendations are invited. Official
forms have been issued to all clubs (October 31st) the deadline for
receipt of Nominations, motions and recommendations is TODAY Friday the 14th of November 2014 @5pm
(close of business).

Everyone involved in Dublin LGFA
would like to express our sincere and deepest sympathies to the family and
friends of the late Lynsey Flood (RIP). Lynsey
has been the Castleknock GAA Ladies adult team Football Manager for the last
year managing the team to both league and cup success this season. Lynsey is a former Dublin County player and
our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time. Ar dheis

Leinster Tesco Home Grown Club
Championship:
Congratulations
to Kilmacud Crokes on capturing the Leinster Intermediate club championship
title following their 2-10 to 1-08 victory over Sarsfields of Laois. The
Stillorgan club will now contest the All Ireland Semi-Final where they will
face either Dunedin Connolly's or Castleisland Desmonds/Na Deasmúnaigh on the
weekend of the 15/16th of November.

A meeting of the Dublin LGFA will
take place on Tuesday October 21st at 7.30pm sharp in Parnell Park
all clubs are requested to have a delegate in attendance. The minutes and
agenda of the meeting will be circulated in advance to all clubs.

Scór na nÃg
is the G.A.A.'s annual Irish cultural talent competition for those Under 17. If
you can dance, sing, play, recite, act, etc... there may be a place for you and
your club.
The Dublin
semis will be held on 11th and 13th of November and the Dublin final will be
held on 25th November. County winners will then go on to represent Dublin
through the provincials, up to the All-Ireland final.

Congratulations to Kilmacud Crokes
on reaching the final of the TESCO Homegrown Leinster Intermediate championship
following their 4-11 to 3-04 win over Simonstown Gaels of Meath. Kilmacud
