U13 Dublin Ladies Gaelic Football Development Squad Blitz
A special word of thanks to Jennifer, Jeannette, Aimee and all the folks at Parnells who made their facilities available for our football blitz on Monday.
Despite the inclement weather over sixty girls from various clubs throughout the capital travelled to Parnells to participate in the blitz at noon. The girls were divided into four teams and all spectators were treated to a fantastic exhibition of football.
In addition we are grateful to the referees James, Alan and Ross who freely gave of their time.
Afterwards the folks at Parnells (Noel, Mick, Barbara, James, Dean & Sam) provided some tea, sandwiches & refreshments which were genuinely welcomed bearing in mind the weather. The mentors, parents & girls really appreciate their hospitality yesterday.
Training continues for the Northside squad this Friday @ 6.45pm and next Monday for the Southside squad at the usual venues.
