Bord Gáis Energy NFL: Well done to the senior team on their second NFL win this time versus Tipperary on Sunday. The game was effectively over as a contest at half time when the Dubs lead by 2-11 to 0-04. Full time score Dublin 3-21 Tipperary 0-07 Dublin take on Waterford this coming Saturday 19th of February at 2pm, venue TBC.
February County Committee Meeting: County Committee will meet on Tuesday the 22nd of February @ 7.30pm in Parnell Park the agenda will be circulated to clubs ahead of the meeting. All clubs should have a delegate in attendance. Player transfer applications along with correspondence must be with the office on or before Tuesday the 15th of February as all transfer applications are examined by the Executive Committee prior to going before delegates for consideration at monthly County Committee meetings.

Level 1 coaching course: A level 1 coaching course will take place on the 12th of March in two venues one Northside and one Southside. Mentors must have a completed a Fundamentals course in order to do the level 1. The course is specific to Ladies Gaelic football and is ran over two days with the second date TBC, the course fee is €80.00 Anyone interested in doing the level 1 course can email Camillus Kilpatrick for more information at dublindevelopmentofficer@gmail.com. Applications forms are also available to download from the website and are again have been emailed to clubs.
Dublin Senior Team Commemorate Print: In order to commemorate their achievement in 2010 the Dublin Ladies Senior Team has commissioned a limited edition print that captures some of the highlights of the 26th September 2010 and their convincing win over Tyrone. The limited edition print will be available to buy from members of the Dublin Ladies Panel or from the Dublin Ladies County Board for €150, with all funds raised going to the Dublin Senior Ladies Players Fund. The print can be viewed in the County Board office located in Le Chéile, Donnycarney Community Centre.
Challenge games: Clubs are reminded if they are organising challenge games they must first seek approval from the County Board. Players who take part in challenge games that have not received permission will not be covered under the terms of the Injury fund scheme. Please note that text messages are not deemed a suitable means of notification all requests should be in emailed into the office. All challenge games requests can be emailed to info@dublinladiesgaelic.ie Paul McLoughlin is our referee’s assigner and he can be contacted on 086-2503844.
Registration Forms: The new registration form and guidelines have been circulated to all clubs please ensure that all new players are registered before commencing training or playing matches.
Senior B Trials: Dublin senior B trials will take place on Friday the 25th of February @ 7.30pm in St Margaret’s GAA club. Anyone interested in taking part can contact Pat Stritch on 086-8320463.
