Trip to Tipp - venue confirmed

Dublins second outing in the Bord Gáis Energy NFL will be an away trip to Tipp as the metropolitans take on the premier County this coming Sunday the 13th of February in JK Brackens GAA club, Templemore.

The throw in time for this game has been confirmed as 12:30 with Wexford official James Flood in charge of the tie.

While Dublin secured 3 points from their opening match versus Armagh last weekend Tipperary suffered a 13 point defeat at the hands of the Kingdom.

Tipperary who claimed the All Ireland intermediate title back in 2008 appear to be in a transition period with a lot of new names taking to the field last weekend against Kerry.

However Tipperary can still call upon the services of former All Star Edel Hanley, Gillian OBrien and Patricia Hickey. This trio of forwards accounted for all of Tipperary scores last weekend and have the potential to cause problems for the new look Dublin defence.

Dublin is expected to name their team versus Tipperary this coming Friday.
