PEIL - Last edition of 2010

  • Nov 23,2010

Croke Park are looking for submissions for inclusion in the December edition of PEIL magazine.

A note from PEIL Editor - Cliodhna OConnor:

"When choosing what to submit please keep in mind we want to keep the magazine as current and interesting as possible. We are trying to move away from reports from matches that have long since passed and instead keep it as up to date as possible. Match results can of course be mentioned but perhaps just the highlights rather than a long report. Submissions should be short stand alone pieces with pictures rather than one long piece of text. This will make the section more appealing to readers. You may not think that there is anything worthwhile happening in your county or club but I am sure there is. Even small 100 word pieces on perhaps a coach education day, a player who received an award, a club who held a successful fundraising night. All these types of pieces could be included as short little highlights from your county or province. As with any publication inclusion of pieces will be space dependent. While we will try and include as much as possible, some pieces may have to be shortened or edited.

We would like to emphasise that in order for PEIL to represent all of the association, the more submissions we get the better".

The closing date for submissions is Friday 26th November.
