Round-up:
- We read that Lucan Sarsfields ran a very successful Fashion Show last week. Pictures in the Gazette newspaper.
- A day of football and fundraising happened in Naomh Peregrins on Saturday. The 4th Annual Marianne Costello memorial took place and this was followed by the unveiling of a Commemorative Plaque. Later in the evening, Richie Costello presented Barnardo
s Charity with a cheque representing months of fundraising and he is off on a sponsored trek through the Himalayas at the end of the month. Well done Richie, well done too to Rodger Watters for the usual great day s football. For the record, nine clubs participated and the Tournament was won by Round Towers Clondalkin, runners-up Cuala. In the Shield, Clannagael Fontenoy took the honours and the hosts took silver.
