U14s off to a flying start
Dublin 3-14 v Kildare 2-4Well done to the U14 girls who got off to a great start this weekend
overcoming a determined Kildare side 3-14 to 2-4.
Every girl played a huge part in a very competitive and hard fought game.
Considering it was their first game together as a team the nervy start was allowable although
short lived as Dublin powered on to play some wonderful football with some very well taken scores.
It was a fully spirited teamperformance. All bodes well for next weeks home [Saturday 20th] fixture versus Meath
in CLG St Margarets grounds at 2pm. A big thanks to all the parents and supporters on the line who cheered on
the girls from beginning to end. Thanks to Kildare for the game and who were gracious in defeat.
