"Its all about this"

Dublin ran a juvenile summer 9-a-side league this year to provide games in the traditional closed season. A golden opportunity to appreciate some of the players presented itself when the Counties participating in the All Ireland semi-finals were asked to provide 20 under 12s for the half time mini-games. Where better to find 20 players but from the clubs which had participated in the JSL9 games.
And so it was. A bus was hired and 20 girls from four Dublin Clubs made their way to Ardee. Managed by Ashling Maloney, who had looked after the U12 summer fixtures and a small team of mentors the girls put on a great show at the half time. But there was more to come. When the Jackies had clinched their entry into the All Ireland and the team was warming down, the U12s were asked out for a photo. When the cheer went up to the click of the camera, former Uachtaran CPG na mBan was heard to say, "Its all about this"
