NOW AVAILABLE  Sport Tracker Diary 2009

The Ladies Gaelic Football Association are delighted to welcome Sport Tracker as a new partner and it gives us great pleasure to introduce this Player’s Diary, which we hope will be a special companion to Ladies Gaelic Footballers.

These books have been designed for Ladies players through the input and feedback of footballers throughout the country.  We hope that this diary will assist players to improve and succeed in our sport by providing a variety of information and an avenue for them to track the various aspects of their performance.

The diary layout is designed using a day by day format followed by a weekly summary.  Players can track their daily diets, their fluid intake, energy levels, mood levels, performance ratings and general feelings post a session or a match.  At the end of each week, players can assess how their week went and set new goals for the coming week.   The diary can serve as a very useful tool for not only players but managers also, allowing managers to gain a greater insight into player preparation and motivation prior to big games.

These diaries are aimed at all Ladies Gaelic Footballers involved on club or County panels from 16 years of age upwards.

Diaries were €10 each to purchase however, for the next few weeks there is a Special Offer of 20 Diaries for €100.Also for month of May – every team that purchases the special offer will be entered into weekly draw for €500
