Marianne Costello Memorial Tournament
There was a feast of football in the annual Marianne Costello Memorial Tournament on Saturday in Naomh Peregrine. Six Dublin Clubs and Kilmovee Shamrocks played for the honours in this 9-a-side blitz. Kilmovee Shamrocks went home with the trophy for the second year running narrowly beating last years runners-up, Clannagael Fontenoy for the top honours. A new feature in the competition this year is a Shield which went to Cuala who went head to head with St Judes in the final. Well done to Rodger Watters and his team of organisers in Naomh Pergrine, the Costello Family and their sponsors for a great day out.
