Sport Tracker Diary 2009  The Ladies Gaelic Football Association are delighted to launch their first ever Player’s Diary, which they hope will be a special companion to all Ladies Gaelic Players. These books have been designed for Ladies players through the input and feedback of footballers throughout the country. It is hoped that these diaries will assist players to improve and succeed in the sport by providing a variety of information and an avenue for them to track the various aspects of their performance.
The diary layout is designed using a day by day format followed by a weekly summary. Players can track their daily diets, their fluid intake, energy levels, mood levels, performance ratings and general feelings post a session or a match. At the end of each week, players can assess how their week went and set new goals for the coming week. The diary can serve as a very useful tool for not only players but managers also, allowing managers to gain a greater insight into player preparation and motivation prior to big games.
These diaries are aimed at all Ladies Gaelic Footballers involved on club or County panels from 16 years of age upwards. Diaries are €10 each to purchase however, there is currently a Special Offer of 30 Diaries for €250.To order your diaries contact Paula Prunty on 01 8363156 or download an order form at http://www.ladiesgaelic.ie/news/newnews2973.html .  Keep your team ahead of the rest!
