The Annual County convention will be on Tuesday 18th November at 19.30hrs in Parnell Park. Nomination Forms, etc have been circulated, contact your delegate.

   

Note from our Fixtures Secretary – Paul Mc Loughlin

This weekend was one of the busiest for fixtures as we played over 20 Juvenile finals across the county over Saturday and Sunday. Naomh Mearnog was the venue for our 6 under 14 finals followed by an u13 final in Innisfails. Russell Park Saturday night was the venue for an u11 final followed by our two Minor finals. Sunday kicked off in Pairc cicean Ballymun with 6 U12 finals while in the North County St Maurs Rush Hosted 3 U16 finals. Accross the city Lucan Sarsfileds was the venue for 3 U13 finals while Clanngael hosted Otooles in Rinsend bringing the total number of finals to 22 which is 44 teams and over 600 girls playing in finals in a 48 hour period As you can imagine the logistics of his were very challenging and huge thanks to all the fixture co-ordinators and executive committee for their hard work and presenting trophies around the grounds. Special thanks to Wille Fallon and Naomh Mearnog, Peter Hickey and Innisfails. Mary OConnor and St Brigids, Gus and John Rock Ballymun Kickhams,Clannagael Fontenoy, Ane Jones of Lucan Sarsfields.
Thanks to Fingallians, Ballyboden St Enda and Naomh Olaf who also offered to host finals. 

Special mention to our sponsor Eamonn ODonnell of Bandwidth Telecommunications on who presented trophies at our finals over the two days.

Well done to our referees both young and old for the high standard set all weekend and it was great to see so many female referees involved this year. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our finals and to all the proud parents Mentors and clubs across the county who flocked to the grounds in huge numbers to make the finals a special event.
