Well done Naomh Mearnog/St Sylvesters on winning Dublins first All Ireland Senior Sevens Championship. Also well done to Na Fianna on winning Dublins first Senior Shield Sevens title. Dublin clubs won both senior titles that were on offer. Photos available on website.


Well done to London, Tipperary and Cork on winning their respective All Ireland championships in Croke Park on Sunday.


Congratulations to Keith Teighe of St Annes, who refereed his first All Ireland Final on Sunday .


Dublin Ladies Gaelic Football Association is currently advertising for County Managers for U16 & Senior Levels. Details on www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie.


Well done to Foxrock Cabinteely on progressing to next round of Leinster Intermediate club championship. Foxrock now play Stamullen of Meath on 5th October. See website for match report.


New Player registrations will be postponed between Tuesday 30th September and Monday 13th October.
 
 
A Majority of League Cups are still outstanding please return ASAP or they will not be able to presented to the winners for 08 season. Please make every effort to return at next board meeting.


Condolences to the Emma Dunne and family on the passing of her father over the weekend, Emma is a member of Naomh Mearnog and Dublin Ladies Football Senior football squad. Burial will take place on Wednesday morning.
 
*Clubs in Financial arrears with the County Board will be excluded from the Juvenile championships, payments due before end of September.
 
 
2008 Juvenile Championships will starts on 4th October, which are kindly sponsored by Bandwidth Communications www.bandwidth.ie. Fixtures now available on website.
 
 
ALL MENTORS are asked to contact the assigned REFEREE minimum of 2 days before the game. Should the referee be unavailable the Fixtures Co-ordinator should be contacted at 086-2503844 and a new referee will be arranged. REFEREES will be updated on website as they are changed so clubs are asked to check this on regular basis.
