Dublin LGFA Weekly notes:

LIDL Ladies NFL:

Dublin bounced back to winning ways with a comprehensive 5-18 to 0-06 win over Monaghan in the third round of the NFL. Thanks to Monaghan County Board and Emyvale GAA club for their hospitality.

 

On Sunday February 28th Dublin will welcome reigning NFL and All Ireland champions Cork to Parnell Park, throw in time 2pm. The clash of Dublin and Cork in two weeks’ time will be a repeat of both the 2014 and 2015 All Ireland finals.

 

Dublin LGFA is appealing to all our members, players and supporters to come out on the 28th in big numbers to support our girls in blue.  Admission rates: Adult €8, senior citizen / student €5, children U16 FREE. Special rate: Adult + child under 16 €5.

 

Leinster Minor Championship:

This Sunday February 21st Dublin minors will play Wexford in the second round of the Minor Leinster Championship. Throw in time in St Peregrines is 1.15pm (please note the change of date).

Dublin enjoyed a comfortable win over Laois in their opening round game while Wexford were unlucky to lose to Offaly by a single point.

Leinster U14 Championship:
Dublin U14's will begin the Leinster Championship campaign this Saturday when they travel to Meath for their opening round game, venue and time to be confirmed. Best wishes to Steve Davis, his management and all the girls for the season ahead. 

LIDL PPS Senior All Ireland Semi- Final:

Everyone in Dublin LGFA would like to wish Colaiste Iosagain all the very best of luck in next Saturdays (Feb 20th) All Ireland semi-final versus Glenamaddy Community school.  The action gets underway at 2.30pm in St Lomans GAA club, Mullingar.

 

Development Update:
