Dublin LGFA Weekly notes:

 

LIDL Ladies NFL:

Dublin suffered their first defeat of the 2016 NFL yesterday when they lost out to a Cora Staunton inspired Mayo by 2-09 to 2-07. Thanks to Mayo County Board and Swinford GAA club for their hospitality. This Sunday February 14th Dublin will travel to play Monaghan, venue and time to be confirmed.

 

Leinster Minor Championship:

On Saturday the Dublin minor team commenced their Leinster championship campaign with a good win over Laois Images from the game can be viewed on GAApics.com

Minor next fixture will be on February 21st (note change of date) versus Wexford at 2pm in St Peregrines (TBC). Thanks to St Peregrines GAA club and especially Frank Henry for their hospitality and assistance with hosting the Leinster MFC fixture on Saturday last.

 

February County Board meeting:

There will be two County Board meetings held in February on the 9th February commencing at 7:30pm in Parnell Park. Agenda will be issued to clubs in advance of the meetings. Clubs are entitled to three representatives in attendance one of which must be a registered adult player.

 

Development Update:
