Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes:
Our Annual Convention took place on Saturday last the following were elected to serve on the Executive Committee for 2016: Joe Keane (Chairperson), Alan Egan (Vice Chairperson), Mary O’Connor (Secretary), Kathleen Colreavy (Assistant Secretary), Eilis Water (Registrar) and Bernice Jones Moore (Children’s Officer). While John Sheridan, Yvonne Burke, Bernard Egan and David McCabe will represent Dublin at Central and Leinster Council respectively.
Camillus Kilpatrick a long time servant of Dublin LGFA stepped down from the Executive Committee at last Saturday’s AGM everyone involved in Dublin would like to thank Camillus for his time, dedication and commitment to Dublin LGFA.
The Annual Dub Stars will take place in DCU (St Clare’s) on Sunday January 3rd. The main attraction on the 3rd will be Dubs Stars team of 2015 versus the Dublin Senior team. To mark our associations 30th year a curtain raiser beforehand involving players from all junior clubs within Dublin. More information and details of times etc. will follow shortly.
The Inter County fixture list for 2016 has been circulated to all clubs.
Minor, Under 16 and Under 14 Inter County trials are on-going regular updates on all trials will be posted on our website www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie
