FUNDAMENTALS COACHING COURSE
What is this course about?
This course is an introductory coaching programme. Coaches will look at:
Importance of creating a positive environment for our players
Importance of Fundamental Movement Skills & Injury Prevention
Planning and implementing training programmes
Introduction to the player pathway
Create an awareness about making sessions more inclusive
Who may be interested in this course:
Any existing coach or anybody interested in getting involved in coaching Ladies Football
Participants must be 16 years and over
Duration:
6 Hours in total (10am to 4pm)
Date, Time and Venue:
Saturday January 24th 2015
10am to 4pm (Course participants are required to register at 9.45am)
Fingallians GAA Club, Swords Co Dublin
