Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes:

County Board meeting: A meeting of the County Board will take place in Parnell Park on Tuesday the 18th of March commencing at 7.30pm minutes from the previous meeting along with the agenda for the 18th will be circulated in advanced to club delegates by County Secretary Mary O’Connor.

Inter County Update: Excellent weekend for the Dubs on the playing field first up on Saturday our minor team enjoyed a 4-10 to 0-05 win over Kildare while on Sunday our senior team drew with Cork in the TESCO Homegrown NFL the match finished up 2-10 a piece following a pulsating game of football. Big thank you to the staff of Parnell Park for all their assistance on the day thanks also to Declan Drake of Fm104, Mick Hanley of Dublin City 103.2fm, Niall Scully of the Evening Herald and Noel and Nigel from WeareDublin for their media coverage of the game.

Well done to the young ladies of St Vincents and Ballymun Kickhams who provided the half time entertainment by show casing their football skills as well as providing a guard of honour for both teams.

Best wishes to our Under 14 and Under 16 Squads who are in Championship action this Saturday March 15th versus Wexford and Wicklow respectively. Both games will be in played Pairc Ui Murchu home of Ballyboden St Endas, times to be confirmed.

Development Update: St Maurs GAA club are hosting a Fundamentals Coaching Course on behalf of Dublin LGFA on Saturday 22nd of March places are already starting to fill for this course so if you are interested in taking part early booking is advised.  Information along with booking forms can be obtained from the Office by emailing Patricia info@dublinladiesgaelic.ie
