Dublin LGFA Weekly Notes:

Inter County Update:

Our senior team maintained their unbeaten record in the league following their 1-13 a piece draw with Monaghan on Sunday. Dublin travel to Donegal this Sunday March 2nd for their 4th round tie meanwhile Dublin’s next home fixture will be against All Ireland and reigning league Champion Cork on Sunday March 9th at 2pm in Parnell Park.

This Saturday our U14 and U16 squads commence their respective Leinster Championship campaigns versus Kildare. Both games are fixed for Parnells GAA Club in Chanel College, Coolock with the U14 match pencilled in for 2pm followed by the U16 game at 3:30pm.

Well done to our Minor team who secured a 5-09 to 2-07 victory over Westmeath in the Leinster championship on Saturday next up for the minor team is an away trip to Kildare on Saturday March 8th, details of venue / time will be confirmed shortly.

Development Update:

St Maurs GAA club are hosting a Fundamentals Coaching Course on behalf of Dublin LGFA on Saturday 22nd of March places are already starting to fill for this course so if you are interested in taking part early booking is advised.  Information along with booking forms can be obtained from the Office by emailing Patricia info@dublinladiesgaelic.ie

 

Dublin LGFA would like to thank most sincerely Fingallians, Naomh Mearnog and Naomh Olaf who all recently held coaching courses on behalf of the association.

 

March County Board Meeting:

The next meeting of the Dublin LGFA will take place on Tuesday the 18th of March, correspondence and any items for inclusion on the agenda must be with the County Secretary Mary O’Connor on or before 5pm on March 11th
