Fundamentals Coaching Course Feb 22nd 2014

There are a small number of places still available on the Fundamentals Coaching Course which is taking place in Naomh Mearnog GAA club on Sat 22nd of Feb from 1-7 pm.

Fundamentals is a Coaching Course aim at coaches who are new to the coaching aspect of Ladies football or for people who would like to get involved in coaching with their club.

Coaches will look at
• Importance of creating a positive environment for our players
• Planning and implementing training programmes
• Introduction to the player pathway
• Create an awareness about making sessions more inclusive
• Importance of Fundamental Movement Skills & Injury Prevention

Participants must be over 16 years of age, course fee is €20 to book simply email Patricia at info@dublinladiesgaelic.ie and request a booking form.
