Congratulations to Fingallians who were crowned TESCO Home Grown Dublin Senior Champions for the first time in their history following an enthralling and thrilling replay versus former two times champions of Dublin, Na Fianna.
The replay which was played before a large
crowd in Parnell Park last night was an engrossing encounter between two
excellent teams who showcased ladies football at its best.
Congrat's to Niamh Rickard of Fingallians who was named as the TESCO Home Grown
Player of the Match, the Dublin minor was a constant thorn in the side of the
Na Fianna defence.
Dublin LGFA would like to wish Fingallians all the best as they begin their Leinster championship campaign this coming Saturday with an away tie against Louth Champions, Cooley Kickhams. Throw in time in Cooley is 2pm.
