Dublin senior team experienced their second defeat of their current league campaign when they travelled to Cork yesterday for their fourth round clash with the reigning All -Ireland champions.
In Fermoy, Dublin came across a Cork outfit that were in goal scoring mode, Cork in fact hitting the metropolitans for six.
Lethal forward Valerie Mulcahy helped herself to 4-02 and Rhona NÃ Bhuachalla scored 2-03 as the Leesiders blitzed the Dubs.
Cork were 5-03 to 0-02 clear with just 19 minutes on the watch and they led by 5-06 to 0-05 at half-time.
Lyndsey Davey and Natalia Hyland scored second-half goals for Dublin.
Next up for Dublin is a home game versus Tyrone on the 24th of March 2013
