Dublin Inter County Managerial Vacancies

Dublin is regarded as one of the most thriving and successful Counties in Ladies Gaelic Football having captured 10 All Ireland titles (from U14 up to and including senior level) over the last decade along with two NFL crowns.
Success has not been just confined to County level Dublin clubs have also savoured All Ireland success in recent years. The latest triumph occurred only last December when Tallaght outfit, Thomas Davis captured the Junior Club All Ireland crown.
As the old saying goes, "success breeds success" with Dublin experiencing a substantial increase in participation levels in all grades over the past decade. Over 9,000 registered members and 64 clubs are now partaking in the sport of Ladies Gaelic football within the Capital.
The Dublin County Board are endeavouring to ensure that Dublin continues to be a prominent figure within the LGFA by welcoming suitable candidates to apply for the following Inter County Management positions: Senior, U21 and U14.
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- A proven track record in management of club and/or County team
- Suitable player management and organisational skills
- An ability to demonstrate / organise a high standard of coaching
- Be highly motivated and driven to succeed by maintaining high standards of professionalism
The successful candidate should also be willing to work competently with County Board officers, club mentors and when required, parents. All Dublin Inter County managers as per the policy of the Dublin LGFA will work within the Guidelines of the LGFA and the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Young Players.
