Conor Barry has recently be appointed as Minor Manager of DLGFA for 2013 and we all wish him and his management team good luck in their new roles.
NOMINATIONS FOR MINOR TRIALS
Nomination form for Minor trials is attached for completion and return to dublinminorladies2013@gmail.com by club secretaries.
A separate email will be addressed to mentors of current under 16s & Minor teams and also mentors of Senior Intermediate and Junior teams( to ensure that clubs who do not have Minor teams but have players eligible to play Minor are included.)
Please agree nominations with the appropriate mentors and return the nomination form, duly completed to Conor Barry at dublinminorladies2013@gmail.com
Note: Girls born on or after 1 January 1995 are eligible to play at Minor Level.
DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS
Nomination forms should be completed and returned to dublinminorladies2013@gmail.com by Monday 29 October 2012 so that trials can commence as soon as possible. I'm Aware that a number of clubs did not get this email earlier this week, apologies for that
VIDEO RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Please note that video & photographs may be used at the trials. When nominations for Minor trials are being discussed with the players' parents/guardians, please ensure you obtain consent for video recording and photography to take place. Usual ethical and data protection procedures and protocols will apply to ensure the safety and well being of all concerned.
GOALKEEPERS
Conor and his team are actively seeking nominations for goalkeepers. They will receive separate trials and training for the period.
Please also check that you have included the players playing position in your nomination and that video & photography consent is yes/no
