Application of the Sin Bin, and, red card rule can result in teams suddenly having a numerical advantage or disadvantage. This Workshop raises awareness and provides techniques on how to deal with these situations on the field of play.
Dublin Ladies Gaelic Football Association recognises the importance of continuous Coach development. We encourage Coaches to keep up to date with the latest thinking in coaching and training techniques by attending our workshops.
