DUBLIN LADIES DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR POSITIONS 2012

This year Dublin Ladies Football will have Development Squads at U.13,
U.15, U.17 & U.19 and clubs will be invited to nominate players whom
they believe have the commitment, and, be of the required standard to
play inter-county football.
With a very supportive Co. Board in place we strive to maintain high
standards of professionalism from all coaches and co-ordinators
involved in our Development and are now seeking suitable candidates
for co-ordinators for all our squads.
Suitable candidates must have:
Proven track record in management of Club and/or County Team
Excellent People Management & Organisational Skills
Ability to demonstrate high standards for coaching, training, player welfare
Highly motivated and driven to succeed maintaining high standards of
professionalism
Act as an Ambassador for Dublin in all Inter County engagements
Ability to work well with club mentors, parents and Co. Board Executive
Ability to work within the Guidelines of the Association and adhere to
the Code of Ethics & Best Practice for Young Children
