INTER COUNTY MANAGERIAL POSITIONS OPEN FOR 2013 SEASON

Dublin Ladies continue to be one of the most progressive and
successful Counties in the Ladies Gaelic Football Association. There
has been a significant increase in participation in the County over
the past number of years with over 15,000 girls playing football
across Dublin.
Once again, this year we achieved great success being U.16 Leinster
winners, Minor Leinster winners & Minor All-Ireland winners, Senior
Leinster winners & Senior B All-Ireland winners which is a tremendous achievement for the County & congratulations to everyone involved.
With a very supportive Co. Board in place we strive to maintain high
standards of professionalism from all our Inter County Management
Teams and are now seeking suitable candidates for all positions for
the 2013 season, U.14, U.16, Minor, Senior B & Senior. Candidates
must have:
Proven track record in management of Club and/or County Team
Excellent People Management & Organisational Skills
Ability to demonstrate high standards for coaching, training, player welfare
Highly motivated and driven to succeed maintaining high standards of
professionalism
Act as an Ambassador for Dublin in all Inter County engagements
Ability to work well with club mentors, parents and Co. Board Executive
Ability to work within the Guidelines of the Association and adhere to
the Code of Ethics & Best Practice for Young Children
