Inter County update
Hard luck to our Senior Team who took on Kerry in the All-Ireland
quarter final on Saturday 18th August in Birr, Offaly (Score 0-11 to
0-10). Thank you to Peter, the Management team and all the girls for
the hard work they put in all year & for setting such a high standard
of professionalism.
Applications for Development Co-ordinators for Squads aged U.13, U.15,
U.17 & U.19 and all Inter County Management positions (U.14 up to
Senior) will open on Wednesday 23rd August. Further details will be
posted on the website.
Referees update
Referees Refresher Theory course will take place on Tuesday 21st
August in St. Peregrines GAA Club at 7:30pm for all Northside referees
& in Kilmacud Crokes on Thursday 23rd August at 7:30pm for all
Southside referees. Referees who have attended previous courses this
year must attend. GYW Day 3 Course takes place on Tuesday 28th August
@ 7pm in Le Cheile, Donnycarney. New Referees Course takes place in
St. Maurs GAA Club on 1st & 2nd September, anyone interested in
refereeing club games must complete this course. Please contact Tony
Lennon, Referee Committee Chairperson @ tonylennon99@gmail.com to
confirm attendance.
Development Courses
Please take note of upcoming dates:
Level 1 Coaching Course on Saturday 8th September & 20th October (all
applicants must have completed a FUNdamentals course to take part)
FUNdamentals course takes place on Sat 22nd September
New Level 1 course takes place on Sat 12th Jan (Day1) & Sat 2nd March (Day 2)

U.12 Blitz
On Sunday 19th August, Dublin hosted Kerry in Fingallians GAA Club for
a fantastic day of football. Thank you to Fingallians & everyone
involved in the organising of such a successful event. The girls had
great fun, learned new skills & met knew friends.
