BGE Ladies NFL:

Dublin are on the road again this Sunday the 12th of February this time away to Meath details on venue / time will be posted on www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie

 

FUNdamentals Coaching Course:

A FUNdamentals coaching course will take place on Saturday the 24th of March from 10am to 4pm in the main hall Le Chéíle Donnycarney Community Centre, Dublin 5. The course fee is €30 (lunch is included). This course is an introductory to the coaching programme. Coaches will look at issues such as planning and implementing training programmes as well as practical coaching and introduction to the player pathway.

The course booking form has been emailed to all clubs and is also available to download from our website www.dublinladiesgaelic.ie  places will only be confirmed on receipt of booking form and course fee, participants must be over 16 years of age.

 

February County Committee meetings:

There will be two Ladies County Board meetings in February the first on Tuesday the 14th @ 7.30pm in Parnell Park. The second meeting will take place on Saturday the 18th of February @ 2pm in Le Chéile, Donnycarney Community centre this meeting will deal with team gradings for 2012.

 

Challenge Games:

Clubs are in pre-season mode and may be organising challenge games ahead of the league please note that all challenge games require permission from the relevant council in order for players to be covered under the Ladies Injury Fund scheme.  As per rule 362 of the official guide "authorisation to hold and / or compete in all tournament, friendly and challenge games shall be obtained 24 hours in advance".  Please ensure all club mentors are aware of this rule.

 

New Players Registrations:

Any player registered in 2011 are registered up until the 31st of May 2012 however new players should be registered as soon as possible. A new amended form will be available soon but in the meantime the existing form will still be accepted.

Note: registrations will only be processed on receipt of payment and clubs should allow at least five working days from receipt of payment for registrations to be processed.  Registrations are to be emailed to dublinladiesreg@gmail.com
