Reminder deadline looming for 2012 Team / club affiliations

Affiliation form / team application forms for the 2012 playing season have been issued to all clubs.
As in previous years clubs must fill out a form for each team they are entering into competition for 2012. Note: in relation to Faoi Naoi, U10 and U11 team entries; we require the number of teams (grade is not applicable to these age groups).
All sections of the form are to be filled out. Dublin LGFA are trying to identify club mentors who to date have not completed a recognised LGFA coaching course based on the feedback we can organise the relevant courses in the New Year.
Dublin LGFA also intend to improve the level of communications with all team mentors with the aim to ensure everybody is fully aware of all our competition rules and regulations and are kept up to date with what is going on in Dublin LGFA therefore it is VITAL that we have ALL mentors contact details.
Closing date for affiliation forms is next Tuesday week the 17th of January.
Any club who fields two or more adult teams and have adult players who wish to play on a lower grade team in 2012 must have these players fill in a player regrading form (see download section of this website), closing date for player regrading is the 6th of February.
Note: Only five players can be regraded in one playing season irrespective to the number of adult team a club fields.
Clubs who were graded senior, intermediate and junior A in 2012 (championship only) and who are considering being regraded to a lower level in 2012 must fill in a National Regrading Application form, this regrading request will be considered by the National Regrading Committee via Croke Park.
This application must be with Croke Park on or before March 1st and is only applicable to championship football.
