Dublin have named their team for this Saturdays minor championship round 2 fixture versus Kildare.
Two weeks ago Dublin and Meath played out a fierce battle in Dunsany the result of which could have gone either way. In the end a single score in favour of the home side was all that separated the two teams on the final whistle. Meanwhile Kildare in their opening game of the championship had an convincing win over Laois chalking up a 3-12 to 0-07 victory.
This Saturdays encounter has all the making of an epic game as is usually the case when these two neighbours meet in championship fare.
The Dubs will be captained by Líadan Murphy from Kilmacud Crokes, we wish her and all the players the very best of luck. Experienced official Kevin Phelan from Laois will get proceedings underway at 2pm in TUD Blanchardstown.
