Dublin Senior Ladies Coaching Workshop
The Dublin senior squad are hosting a coaching workshop on bank holiday Monday February 5th in St Patick’s Campus, DCU. From 10am to 1pm. The workshop is aimed at both juvenile and adult club coaches. With drills demonstrated by members of the Dublin senior squad.
Workshop modules are:
- Skills challenges and coaching – Mick Bohan
- Conditioning for athletes (inc. Juvenile) – Sami Dowling
- Statistics for games – Seaghan Kearney
Fee €100. Includes modified games book and a skills challenge book (RRP €40.00)
Lunch will also be provided.
