Go-Ahead Senior Championship Group A:

Ballyboden St Endas  v St Sylvesters

Ballyboden St Endas will be endeavouring to bounce back from their first round 2-12 to 1-07 defeat to Kilmacud Crokes. While St Sylvesters are making their first appearance in the 2023 championship campaign having had a bye in round one. This will be an interesting tussle and a hard one to call. Ballyboden will be looking to experienced performers such as Ciara Ruddy, Natalia Hyland, Rebecca McDonald and Claire Kirwan to hit top form while at the same time knowing they have to put a system in place to thwart the influence of Kate Sullivan, Katie Slattery and Sinéad Aherne to name but a few. Prediction: Draw

Go-Ahead Senior Championship Group A:

Castleknock  v Kilmacud Crokes

Reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes travel to Somerton to take on 2022 Intermediate champions Castleknock. Despite going down last week by eight points to a strong Clontarf side in their inaugural senior championship fixture Castleknock will relish to the opportunity to take on Kilmacud Crokes in what will be their first home senior championship game to be played in Somerton. Crokes have amassed a formidable squad of players in order to defend their county title and will be favourites to bag all three championship points from this second-round tie. Prediction: Win for Kilmacud Crokes

Go-Ahead Senior Championship Group B:

Foxrock Cabinteely  v St Brigids

Former Dublin champions Foxrock Cabinteely got their 2023 championship campaign off to a good start with a 3-11 to 1-02 victory over Cuala. Their opponents this week St Brigids experienced a 3-15 to 1-05 dubbing at the hands of Thomas Davis. There is no question that Foxrock Cabinteely are still a formidable outfit at this level with players of the calibre of Aisling Tarpey, Faye O’Connell Bell, Tarah O’Sullivan, Fiona Claffey and Jodi Egan amongst their ranks. All indications are that another Foxrock Cabinteely championship victory is on the cards tomorrow evening. Prediction: Win for Foxrock Cabinteely

Go-Ahead Senior Championship Group B:

Thomas Davis  v Na Fianna

Thomas Davis will host Na Fianna at Kiltipper Road tomorrow evening for what will be the pick of the round two games. Last season, the girls from Tallaght caused a huge upset when they defeated a hotly fancied Na Fianna side in the 2022 senior championship semi-final, and they will look to hit form again for this second-round championship encounter. The amount of talent that will be on show tomorrow evening in Tallaght will be insane. Key players for Thomas Davis will be Tammy Quinn Corbally, Siobhan McGrath, Olwen Carey, Kerri Owens, Sinead Deegan and Ciara McGuigan. While Na Fianna can call upon the services of Dublin All Ireland winners Leah Caffrey, Emma Deeley, Eilish O’Dowd, Orla Martin and Hannah Tyrrell plus experienced players such as Karen O’Connell, Aoife Nolan and Lucy Collins. Prediction: Win for Na Fianna
