All Ireland U14 Quarter Final

Saturday April 23rd, 11:00am

Dundalk IT, Co Louth

Shay O’Reilly’s young Dubs are looking forward to playing Down this coming Saturday in the quarter final of the All Ireland U14 platinum championship.

Dublin and Down both performed very well in the opening day of the national series last weekend although both teams competed in opposite groups. Dublin chalked up two wins (Armagh & Kerry) from their three games while Down registered just the one victory over Leinster runners up, Westmeath.

Down are a well-coached skillful side who narrowly lost out to Armagh (3-08 to 2-06) in the Ulster final back in early April so Dublin will be under no illusion as to the task that lies ahead of them this coming Saturday in Dundalk.

The winner of the Dublin and Down will play either Cork or Armagh in the All-Ireland semi-final.

Wishing the Dublin squad, along with their management team all the very best of luck in Saturday’s quarter final.
