McEvoy announces retirement …
St. Sylvester's and Dublin footballer Niamh McEvoy has announced her Inter County retirement.
Playing with the Dublin Senior team since 2007, Niamh has won an incredible five All Ireland titles along with two Div 1 & two Div 2 NFL titles, ten Leinster championships and one All Star award.
Niamh was also part of the Dublin team who won the Counties first Minor All Ireland title in 2008 having previously won All Irelands at U16 and U14 grades.
Niamh was a member of the St Sylvester’s squad that claimed All Ireland glory earlier this year when they defeated Castlebar Mitchell’s in the Intermediate club final.
An unbelievable player who gave her all in the sky blue jersey, enjoy retirement Niamh and thank you for all the wonderful memories.
