Dublin team named for Croke Park clash with Rebels ...

Dublin senior manager, Mick Bohan has announced his team selection for this Saturday’s (Feb 19th) second round LIDL NFL division one clash versus Cork.

Following on from last Sunday’s victory over Waterford Dublin management have gone with just the one change to their starting team selection. Niamh Hetherton comes into the forward line with Oonagh Whyte making way.

Siobhain Killeen and Siobhan Woods who contributed 1-01 from the bench last weekend are held in reserve once more for Saturday’s big clash with old foes, Cork.

Last Sunday against Waterford, three players made their Dublin senior debuts with Jess Tobin, Kate McDaid and Ellen Gribben all handed valuable game time by Bohan. With experienced campaigners like Carla Rowe, Niamh Collins, Ciara Trant, Sinead Aherne and Lyndsey Davey yet to feature in the NFL a number of players are welcoming the opportunity to impress team management with the knowledge that the 2022 TG4 senior championship is not that far away.
