LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD CAMPAIGN COMES TO AN END

SERIOUS SUPPORT FOR DUBLIN CLUBS!


The Lidl Ireland Level The Playing Field fundraising initiative has now closed and stamp cards can no longer be submitted through the Lidl Plus app. 


All clubs that have earned one of the rewards on offer will be contacted via official channels with the details of how and when they will receive their reward later this week.


Here is some interesting stats on the LIDL campaign from a Dublin perspective;  


Seventy one, Dublin clubs took part in the Lidl “Level the Playing Field’ promotion between them they collected a staggering 10,614 stamp cards! 


Twenty clubs reached the 50 stamp card target winning a set of jerseys for their respective ladies section. Seventeen clubs won two sets of jerseys by submitting 100 stamp cards while eight clubs hit the 150 stamp card target earning three sets of jerseys for their LGFA teams. 


That is a grand total of 78 new set of jerseys for 45 Dublin clubs, well done everyone! 


Thirteen, Dublin clubs did extremely well winning between them a grand total of €43,000 (min) in cash prizes for submitting 200 to 500+ stamp cards. 


Those clubs where, Skerries Harps, Ballyboden St Endas, Lucan Sarsfields, O’Dwyers (all €5k winners), Na Fianna, Ballinteer St Johns (both €4K winners), Castleknock won €3k, while Thomas Davis, Shankill, Ballymun Kickhams, Kilmacud Crokes, Tyrellstown and Clontarf all won €2k each. 


Skerries Harps topped the stamp card leaderboard within Dublin with a final tally of 774 just pipping Ballyboden St Endas who finished up on 738. Skerries Harps are in the running now to win the LEINSTER provincial cash prize of €20,000!
