Goldrick starts for Melbourne v Richmond

Week two in the AFLW and Melbourne are fixed to play Richmond at home in Casey Fields on Saturday (Feb 6th) at 6.10am Irish time.
Melbourne have named an unchanged team for Saturdays enounter and are happy to keep faith with the panel that defeated Gold Coast Suns in last weeks opening round of AFLW.
The Dees impressive 21 point victory will give the Melbourne team a boost going into their first home game of the season against a Richmond outfit who endured a 29 point loss to Brisbane.
As the Melbourne team remains unchanged, Sinead Goldrick (#23) is again the only Dublin representative listed in the Melbourne squad to face Richmond.
Niamh McEvoy (#17) is listed as an emergency cover player. Lauren Magee (#1) continues to put the hard work in on the training ground as she adjusts to life in the AFLW and will no doubt start to push for a place in the match day squad within the coming weeks.
