This Sunday Dubs Captain, Sinead Aherne is seeking to win her 13th Leinster senior championship medal!
Aherne's honours list is quite remarkable, the St Sylvester's star currently holds 3 Senior All Ireland medals, 3 NFL medals not to mention 7 All Star Awards. Aherne was also chosen by her fellow Inter County peers as the TG4 Players Player of the year in 2018.
The provincial medal tally of fellow her team-mates is also quite impressive with Skerries Harps star, Lyndsey Davey the holder of 11 Senior Championship medals.
Davey is closely followed by Siobhan McGrath (Thomas Davis) and Noelle Healy (Mourneabbey formerly St Brigid's) who both have 10 provincial medals a piece.
Dublin take on Westmeath in the 2019 Provincial decider this coming Sunday June 30th at 4pm in Netwatch Cullen Park.
