LEINSTER MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP:
Hard luck to our minor squad who lost out to a strong Meath team in their opening game of the Leinster Championship on Sunday, FT Dublin 1-12 Meath 3-16. BIG thank you to all who came along to the game on Sunday to support the team. Thanks also to St Margaret’s GAA club for hosting the fixture.
LIDL NFL:
This coming Saturday the 23rd of February Dublin will take on Mayo in the 3rd round of the NFL at 5pm in Croke Park. This game will be followed by the meeting of Dublin and Mayo in the Allianz NFL at 7pm. Tickets are on sale now from www.gaa.ie, www.tickets.ie and usual GAA ticket outlets.
COUNTY BOARD MEETING:
A meeting of the Dublin County Board will take place in Parnell Park on Tuesday February 12th at 7:30pm. Clubs are required to have a delegate in attendance on the agenda will be U13 to minor team gradings.
2019 CLUB SEASON:
The 2019 club season (U13 to minor) will commence on the weekend of the 2nd / 3rd of March. Clubs are reminded to have all players and mentors registered in time for the start of the new season. Mentors are also required to have up to date GARDA vetting, a Safe Guarding and a recognised Coaching certificate (min requirement GAA Foundation level or LGFA Fundamentals level).
