Eugene Egan Memorial Tournament 2018
Dublin LGFA is pleased to announce that the 2018 Eugene Egan Memorial Tournament will take place on Sunday August 19th in Naomh Mearnog and St Sylvester's GAA clubs.
Eight teams representing underage teams from Cork, Tipperary, Kildare, Monaghan and Antrim along with host County Dublin will be participating in the tournament which is named in memory of our former County Secretary, Eugene Egan.
Eugene, who sadly passed away in 2014, was a tremendous servant to Dublin LGFA and indeed to his beloved club, Cuala. His commitment, knowledge and great sense of humour is greatly missed by everyone who knew this remarkable man.
This festival of football gets underway in Portmarnock at 10am finishing up with the championship and shields finals which will be played at 2.30pm respectively.
