Dublin LGFA Weekly notes:
U14 All Ireland Final:
Congratulations to our U14 team on qualifying for the 2018 All Ireland final following their 3-11(20) 3-05(14) win over Kerry. This will be Dublin’s first appearance in an U14 final since 2011, Dublin’s opponents on June 16/17th (details TBC) will be Cavan. The Breffni County defeated Galway in their semi-final on a score line of Cavan 1-9(12) Galway 1-7(10). LIDL Awards:
Congratulations to Dublin Senior Manager Mick Bohan on being named as the LIDL Manager of the League for 2018. Well done also to our 3 division 1 Team of the League winners, Ciara Trant (St Brigids), Martha Byrne (Cuala) and Nicole Owens (St Sylvester’s).
Dublin Minor Fund Raising Quiz:
Ahead of their All Ireland semi-final with Cork on June 30th our Minor team are hosting a fundraising table quiz in Fingallians GAA club this coming Friday, June 1st. Table of 4 €40 with proceedings getting underway at 8pm. For more details please contact Bobby on 0868827332
Registrations 2018:
Clubs are reminded that the deadline for registrations is fast approaching. Player’s mentors and club delegates who were last registered in 2017 must have their registrations renewed on or before May 31st.
