Dub Stars 2011:
The annual Dub Stars event takes place on Tuesday the 27th of December in St Brigids GAA club, Navan Road. First up at 11:00am is the Camogie fixture with the 2011 Dub Stars Camogie team v Dublin, while at 12:30pm the Dublin Dub Stars football team will take on the Dublin team.
All are welcome to come along admission is Free and two entertaining games are guaranteed.
Dates for your Diary:
The first County Board meeting of 2012 will take place in Parnell Park on January 17th at 7.30pm in Parnell Park. This is also the closing date for club affiliations, forms will be circulated to all clubs shortly.
The closing date for adult player regrading is February 7th again forms will be circulated to clubs.
There will be two County Board meetings in February (1) 14th of February @ 7.30pm in Parnell Park (2) 18th of February @ 2pm in Le Chéile, Donnycarney Community Centre, this meeting will deal with all teams gradings and competition regulations for 2012.
Referees Courses 2012:
A Level 2 course will take place for all existing referees in January and early February information on these courses will be circulated to all referees via the Referees Development Committee.
The County Board will also be organising two Grab Your Whistle referees courses for people wishing to start refereeing Ladies football for the first time. These courses will be held on the 11/12 February and 18/19 February, more info to follow.
