New Ireland Adult Club Championships 2018
Senior Championship:
Eleven teams drawn into two groups of 4 (Group A/B) and one group of 3 (Group C)
Top 3 teams from Group A/B along with the top 2 teams from Group C progress to the quarter final
Following the round robin stage of the competition the top teams in each group will be seeded and will play their quarter final at home along with one of the second placed teams as pulled from a hat
A second draw will then be made between the remaining 2 second placed teams the 2 third placed teams from the group of four as to who plays the seeded teams away
Home draw for venues for semi-finals
The losing quarter finalists will play a shield semi-final
The 3 group bottom placed teams will a play round robin play off for relegation with bottom 2 teams to be relegated in 2018
Intermediate Championship:
Four team which are drawn into one group all play each other once
Semi-finals are 1 v 4 and 2 v 3
Junior Championship:
Nine teams drawn into two groups 1 with 5 teams (Group A) and the second with 4 teams (Group B)
Following the round robin stage the top 2 teams in each group progress to the semi- final
Winner Group A plays runner up in Group B, winner of Group B plays runner up in Group A
In addition to the Junior A winner the runner up of the competition will also be promoted to Intermediate status for the 2019 season
A Junior championship shield competition will be organised for those teams who do not qualify for the semi-finals of the championship (4 teams) excluding the 5th placed team in group A
In all championship / shield games including semi-finals, finals (excluding finals played in Parnell Park) extra time will be played and a result had on the day
Note: A team that does not take part in championship is relegated for the following season

9th June – quarter finals (Saturday)
